Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga
"Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga" is a fluid style of yoga with each posture being linked by breath. Combine principles of heat-building movement and awareness through alignment to cultivate a conscious breath flow and increase your strength and flexibility. Practice meditation in motion.
Slow Flow Yoga
"Slow Flow Yoga" slows down the pace of a Vinyasa-style class and breaks down poses to focus on breath, energy locks, and alignment. Sun salutations are performed slowly and poses are held to encourage awareness and attention to detail with suggestions for gentle modifications.
Foundations of Flow
"Foundations of Flow" is a gentle class great for beginners. This class breaks down the flow series into individual postures and focuses on the fundamentals of a yoga practice to strengthen the mind and body through movement, posture and breath.
Restorative Yoga
Wind down with a meditative flow dedicated to gentle restorative and opening postures.
