Strength Training 101
This seminar will teach you all the fundamentals and basics to start an effective strength training program. We will give you the tools to develop a safe and effective program at home or at your gym and discuss ways to keep you motivated and challenged!
Mommy and Me Fit Lifestyle

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Bring your jogging stroller and come to our stroller walk to jog program!
We will stop for the kids to get out of the strollers and be active with us or have a healthy snack.
Pretzels or fruit make great snacks.
Water or milk and healthy snacks only please!

Infant Massage Classes
Call for details.
Five classes are taught in small groups of parents/caregivers and their pre-crawling babies.
Benefits to the baby include:
- relief of physical discomfort
- improved digestion
- bonding between parent and baby
- stimulation which enhances neurological development
- improved muscle tone
- increased quality of sleep
The class includes relaxation techniques and discussion topics for parents.
