- Boot Camp
- Join us Saturday morning at 8:00 AM -- Next series is 4 weeks and starts Saturday, November 8, 2008. This workout is fun and intense yet designed for all individuals to work at their own level of fitness. The workout includes military style drills, cardiovascular endurance and interval drills for high caloric expenditure and resistance exercises to improve strength!
